Although, as you correctly observe, the LVA newsletter archives only go back as far as 1999 online and, it turns out, Anthony Curtis owns the only remaining hard copy in-house of the March, '93 issue and has somehow managed since to get the back cover, where "Couponomy" concludes, stuck to something that ripped off part of the text! Hence, the delay in running this answer, which a few of you have commented on: We had to wait until Anthony had time to take a look and try to fill in the gaps.
