Why, yes, of course! We'll start with the bad news, which is that apparently both Posh Bakery, a gluten-free establishment, and Atomic #7, a gluten-free frozen yogurt location, have both closed. The good news, however, is that Las Vegas remains more than capable of satisfying your gluten-free sweet tooth.
We've read a customer review of Beau Monde Bakery in Summerlin (2380 N. Buffalo Dr.) that describes it as a "gluten-free flagship," and with 1 in 133 people now diagnosed with Celiacs disease (not to mention all those who are simply gluten-intolerant), this bakery is definitely filling a void in the market.
We only discovered Beau Monde in the course of researching this answer, and have not yet had a chance to visit, but we understand that it's owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team who bake fresh breads, pastries, and cake daily. The pictures on their website look yummy. They also have a stall at the new Downtown 3rd Farmers market, held every Friday.
Another option is Pura Vyda vegan bistro and bakery downtown, which offers a number of gluten-free desserts, including various muffins and brownies, guaranteed to be prepared separately in a gluten-free kitchen area. (They recommend you call ahead if gluten-free is a requisite, just to make sure they are able to accommodate you.)
Our third suggestion would be Drago Sisters Bakery (6870 S. Rainbow Blv., Ste. 116), who responded to our email with news that they have gluten-free parfaits and chocolate-covered strawberries on-hand most days, and will make-to-order gluten-free cheesecakes and some cakes.
