So … is the sidewalk closed on the IP/Flamingo side of the street or not? If it's closed, how is one to traverse from Harrah's down to the other Caesars properties (Paris-LV, Bill’s, Flamingo, Imperial Palace)?
A:
Not to worry. Pedestrians can still go from the Flamingo to Harrah’s Las Vegas without having to detour around what’s left of O’Sheas. As ever-helpful Flamingo spokeswoman Leslie Thuet says, "No need for alarm; there will be paths to easily maneuver through the area," and we can vouch for that, having seen it ourselves.
