**For those of you who hadn't heard, this is a retail, office, and dining complex, to be comprised of re-purposed shipping containers, which in addition will feature a playground, a pet area, and a stage. It's slated to open this fall and is another interesting element being brought to the ongoing reinvention and rebirth of the downtown area.
