This has to be among the most timely Question of the Day suggestions we’ve ever received, because no sooner did it land in our "in" box yesterday, than we received an official press release from the property in question, informing us that the new bingo room at Rampart will open this Saturday, April 19!
The new facility is part of the property’s ongoing "15 Years of Fun" joint anniversary celebrations with neighboring J.W. Marriott Hotel & Spa, which for the past two years have finally been under the same management. To date, other upgrades have included the debut of a new Bonkerz Comedy Club venue and the introduction of hundreds of new state-of-the-art slots to the Rampart casino floor, but apparently when customers (who include a strong base of loyal locals) were questioned as to what they would most like to see added to the available amenities, the resounding #1 answer was "Bingo!"
The new 300-capacity facility is located adjacent to Rampart’s buffet and features state-of-the-art technology with a FortuNet, Inc. BingoStar system, personal cocktail service, and a non-smoking section. The room will feature six one-hour sessions to be held at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m., 7 p.m., and 9 p.m. daily.
