According to GolfWorld course critic Mike Bailey, the $500 greens fee is relaxed to $350 in the summer months. Even if you’re paying the full $500, your fee buys you such amenities as "free coffee, fruit, non-alcoholic drinks and the latest Callaway loaner sets, as well as FootJoy shoes. As of 2012, a plaque in the clubhouse still marked entertainer Danny Gans’ (1956-2009) locker.
As for the amount of traffic on the course, if it’s as sparse as the original questioner observed, Wynn Resorts may have good reasons for keeping that information confidential. On a couple of occasions, Steve Wynn has publicly toyed with the idea of tearing out the course and replacing it with an expanded resort, a lake, or a convention center. However, at the present time – and with the Las Vegas Convention Center engaging in a major expansion – it appears that the Wynn Golf Club’s future is safe ... Lake Mead water levels permitting, that is.
