Matt Goss, who turned 48 on September 29, rose to British pop-star fame with the boy band Bros. With a great voice, showroom charisma and sex appeal, and even a "signature scent," Goss has performed in the Gossy Room at Caesars Palace for the past six years. His last show was on September 24.
Just before that, John Katsilometes of the Las Vegas Review-Journal wrote, "While he is expected to be an investor in the venue’s next iteration, Goss says he will not perform again in that space.
"It’s no secret around the Vegas entertainment scene that Goss has been in talks with The Venetian about a new partnership, but nobody will confirm those talks on the record. In the meantime, Goss is savoring his last performances and focusing on recording a new album."
Shortly after closing at Caesars, Goss returned to England to perform a shows at the Alea Casino in Nottingham and SSE Arena in Wembley. He denied inevitable rumors of a Bros reunion.
