If you’re a Platinum-tier card holder staying at the Flamingo in Las Vegas, you can give the hotel your flight information and they’ll get your airplane boarding pass for you. Once while staying at Paris-Las Vegas, I asked and was told they didn’t provide that service. So it’s not the same across all their properties, or at least it wasn’t when I asked. Can you tell me which of the Caesars Entertainment properties will provide this service and what player’s-club tier status you need to have? Do any other player’s clubs provide this service? It’s a nice perk that helps make you feel a little special, and with so many perks being taken away these days, it’s nice to know what’s still available. Most of this information is not publicized.
According to Caesars spokeswoman Erica Johnson McElroy, “The free boarding pass printing is for Diamond-tier members and above. Diamond tier is higher than Platinum tier. So our operations team is surmising that in this case, an agent at Flamingo must have printed the guest’s boarding pass for free as a courtesy when she was actually supposed to be charged. I checked with the operations team and was informed that the hotels provide free boarding-pass printing for Diamond tier and above Total Rewards guests in our Diamond Registration areas. If they’re not busy, some agents may extend a courtesy of printing out a boarding pass without a fee from time to time. However, the policy is as stated above.
McElroy added that Caesars’ hotels have kiosks and business centers where you can print out your boarding pass — at a cost.
You don’t have to be a loyalty-card member to have your boarding pass printed at any of MGM Resorts International’s Strip casinos. It’s available to all guests, covered by your resort fee.
And Station Casinos Vice President of Corporate Communications Lori Nelson says, “We’re happy to provide this service free of charge for all airlines at the hotel front desks.”
Boyd Gaming lacks a company policy, but says most of its hotels will happily print out your boarding pass free of charge. (You can also do it at the business center, but that comes with a cost attached.) “I can’t guarantee that is the response every customer would receive when they ask; it’s at the discretion of the front-desk manager. But in most cases, the request will be accommodated,” says company spokesman David Strow.
Boarding passes are also free at: Arizona Charlie’s, Cosmopolitan (at the business center), the third-floor self-help kiosks at Downtown Grand, the El Cortez front desk, the concierge desk at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, the Four Seasons, the Golden Gate, the Golden Nugget, the Hard Rock Hotel, Hooters Hotel Casino, the business center at JW Marriott Summerlin (home to Rampart Casino), M Resort, Venetian and Palazzo, SLS Las Vegas, the self-help kiosk at Stratosphere, the business center at The D, guest services at Treasure Island, Tropicana, the Trump International business center, Tuscany, and Westin Las Vegas
Neither Silver Sevens nor Silverton will print out your boarding pass. You can get one from the concierge at Westgate Las Vegas, but it will cost you “a $3 donation to charity.”
