What happened to the loud TVs in the baggage claim area at Terminal 3 at McCarran? The ones that were always advertising shows? They were always entertaining to watch while waiting to claim your luggage. Now the baggage claim area is eerily quiet.
McCarran International Airport spokesman Michael Oram would like to know when you came through the terminal.
“We’ve been replacing equipment,” he said, which might account for the blackout you witnessed.
But as of now, everything is up and running, according to Oram. So it was a temporary "dark" period and the show goes on.
