Question of the Day - 13 March 2024

Q:

What has happened to all the aviation memorabilia at the airport? They had quite a bit in Terminal 3 and in the walkway between Terminal 1’s A/B and C gates. It was all very interesting. I hope they are going to put it all back.

A:

This was one of the more open-and-shut questions we've received of late.

Harry Reid International Airport’s public information officer, Joseph Rajchel, says everything is as normal in Terminal 3.

However, “We replaced the flooring in the walkway connecting the A/B gates to the C gates. The memorabilia were moved during that time."

The good news is, "We're in the process of going back to that area.”

So the displays should be in place again soon.

    Nice Little Museum
If you haven't seen it, it's a great way to kill some time before or between flights. Lots of Vegas Aviation History, and its free!
