I thought I read somewhere that casinos are required to provide some sort of 24-hour food option to its casino patrons. Since DuPars has closed at the Golden Gate (and I believe it was the only food option available there), what are they doing to meet this requirement?

At most strip clubs, you have to pay a steep cover charge if you arrive by cab (I assume because the cabbie gets a kickback). So if I arrive by Uber or Lyft (a private vehicle), can I avoid those cover charges?
