I have not seen or heard of any movement in the construction of Resorts’ World Las Vegas on the vacated Echelon site. Why the delay?

It looks like South Point is adding a fairly large addition to the South West side of the building. According to a posted notice at the building site it is for a bowling arena. It is fairly large for a bowling arena -- do you have any info on this project?

I was driving east on Fremont and saw about three blocks of "heritage" motels on the north side all boarded up and fenced off. Is this part of some project to restore them or are they all just going to be torn down?
