I am coming out to Vegas for a week on April 17 to get married. All the family and friends are coming and was wondering, what's a good spot for a rehearsal dinner that maybe has set courses at a reasonable price? I was looking at NBA futures bets both at the William Hill sports books and at Bally's and Caesars Palace and noticed that the Boston Celtics are not included. Why is that? And if Boston wins, do they pay on the team that gets second as if it was the winner?
