What ever happened to Manhattan West?

Is it true for example that construction has restarted at the new Bloomingdale's mall in Summerlin? If so, how big is that mall and when will it be opened?

I was reading in the most recent LVA that the LVH may be closing its casino. Do you know if this will affect any of the shows there, specifically the Trent Carlini Elvis show? We would like to see him in late December.

As I was getting ready for another trip to Las Vegas in a few weeks, I was sorting through my collection of slot cards and noticed several (Palms and Bill's, specifically) that had expiration dates printed on them. My question is why? They don't clear your info off the computer after a long absence. It would seem it would cost more in staff time to make new cards for infrequent vistors. I am only able to go to LV about once every 12-18 months. What is their reasoning?
