What happened to all of the Star Trek props that were located in the Star Trek Experience in the old Las Vegas Hilton’s lower level?

What are the rules on topless pools and shows? Is every casino allowed to have them if they wish or is there an ordinance against it in certain areas? Could they have nude sunbathing at certain pools if the casino so desired?

Downtown on Fremont Street, there are so many different acts and costumed characters it reminds me of Disneyland. I see some that are really good and others seem to be there only to beg for money.
