What's the latest on the new Beatles/Cirque du Soleil show that was advertised to start in May?

I recently heard about some type of public test track being built at the Sahara, where a person could drive a Hummer and/or other types of exotic vehicles, on an off-road course, for a fee. I haven't seen anything official on this. Do you have any information?
