I've been reading on your site about so many restaurants closing: Sugar Factory; Sidewalk Cafe at Bally's etc. What gives? These are places I liked to go to! There is now no place between Paris and Bally's that you can go to for a normal bacon-and-eggs breakfast. Don't they think people like breakfast without going to a buffet for $30+??

Last year I thought I read an article on LVA stating restaurants would no longer be able to charge an automatic gratuity for larger parties. However, when we were in Vegas last week, I noticed almost all buffets and restaurants had an automatic gratuity charge for larger parties. Did Congress not pass the legislation or are Nevada casinos and restaurant just ignoring it?

What happened to Master Sushi Chef Gen Mizoguchi, after he abruptly in the spring left what we believe was LV's best-value high-end sushi restaurant, Kabuto? Many of us were (and still are) hoping he took off to regroup before opening a new (even better) Edomae Sushi eatery in the valley, but scouring the Internet has to-date generated zero information about his whereabouts. We very much miss Gen-San and his unique, distinctive style of sushi and of interacting with his customers. Please help!
