Where are the former owners of Rosemary’s? I know they are chefs and I thought there was talk that they would open a different concept on the strip. We always enjoyed their lunch special when we were in town and occasionally even dinner.

I was wondering if there is any place in Vegas that has a 24-hour buffet? Couldn't find one on my last visit and for a town that never sleeps, was thinking there might be one. If not, has there ever been one?

I seem to recall that back in the day, there was a restaurant in Las Vegas that served rattlesnake. It's probably long gone, but are there any places today that serve exotic meats like that?

I just read your "Deal of the Week" about the Venetian Epicurean Affair and by chance I will be in Las Vegas that week. I know that price-wise this is a good deal, but I was curious what your "Eating Las Vegas" food critics think of the event? If you are sampling poolside, will the food still be as good as the in-restaurant experience? And will your esteemed trio of critics be attending the event? (P.S. I already bought a ticket!)

In Tuesday's QoD, you wrote that Cafe Lago was the coffee shop at Caesars Palace but that's not correct. Cafe Lago was the buffet, right?

I know a lot of the casino hotel coffee shops have closed but my question is, are there any dinner specials offered in any of the hotel restaurants like there used to be? I am talking about the off-the-menu items you used to have to know about in the coffee shops that were not usually posted and that you were not always told about unless you asked?

Do they still have the "buffet of buffets" or all day buffet passes?

We have been disappointed on our past 2 trips to Vegas (November & February) to find that Mamita's on Fremont Street was closed. Didn't see any signs of remodeling so we are wondering if there are any plans to reopen. Can the Great and Powerful LVA see into the future and help us out?
