Who serves the best burger in Las Vegas? Reader Poll feedback.

Just returned from a trip to LV for Super Bowl weekend. Can you help us find a good steakhouse that has the old charm of red leather chairs, soft music, and of course, good steaks? We used to love the Brown Derby and the old Luxor steakhouse (went to the new one, Tender, the other day: loud, loud music and steaks that were anything but tender). We also like the Golden Steer, but would welcome some other suggestions.

I heard there is a secret or unmarked restaurant inside the Jaleo at the Cosmo. Is this true, and if so how does one go about getting a reservation there?

The Mirage serves the best shrimp cocktail sauce in Las Vegas. Can you find out if it's made from scratch or comes premade? If so, who makes it? I'll shut up now and continue eating. Mmmmm!

I was playing late at the Riviera and the only eatery open was the Queen Victoria Pub. The top item on the dessert menu was "Albert’s Spotted Dick!!!" (exclamation points included on the menu). I read that the Golden Gate has closed their deli to accommodate their expansion. While they are still serving the shrimp cocktail in their Du-par's restaurant 24/7, the price has been quietly raised to $2.99. My wife and I loved going downtown for this Top Ten deal. What have you heard?

According to a readers’ poll conducted by CNNGo, an Indonesian dish named rendang was listed as being #1 of the World's 50 Most Delicious Foods. The description has piqued my interest and I would like to give it a try while in Las Vegas. Can someone at the LVA direct me to a restaurant that is serving rendang?

I'm moving to Vegas in April and there are two things I'll miss from where I live now - fish tacos and tortilla soup. I have the 2011 "Eating Las Vegas" book and don't see either listed. Could you please recommend places with the best fish tacos and tortilla soup (not necessarily from the same restaurant)? Preferably east of the Strip, but I'm willing to do longer drives if I have to.
