Who has outdoor dining that allows smoking?

You've probably answered this one before, but how about an update ... What are the best restaurants with a great view? And, any tips on getting the best table to enjoy that view?

Could you update your list of farmers markets from last year? I've heard of a new one opening downtown and there is also a farm somewhere that sells fresh eggs and vegetables.

Today's is a two-parter on a common theme: "What happened to the Augustus Cafe at Caesars Palace? Is it closed or being refurbished?" And: "I was recently on the Excalibur's website checking on the breakfast specials that were being offered at Dick's Last Resort and noticed that the Sherwood Forest Cafe wasn't listed any longer. Did Excalibur close their coffee shop?"

Since the Venetian (on Sahara) closed several years ago we have tried several Italian restaurants hoping to find one as good, but have failed. We especially miss their house salad dressing. Can you locate the recipe? Any suggestions on where to go for REAL Italian food?

Can you do an update on some of the best happy hours, especially for food, in the city. My wife and I have enjoyed many great happy hours, but I am sure that we are missing many as well.

Whatever became of Rich and Rene Serpe and the Coffee Roasters Museum of Las Vegas located on Boulder Highway? At one time Rich was a coffee roaster for Steve Wynn. We used to stop and visit them every time came to Vegas. They were so welcoming and had the best coffee and teas.

I know that some restaurants have specials that are not listed on their menus. Is there a site that can list these specials, what they are, cost, locations and what time they are served?

I ate at the buffet at the Eastside Cannery yesterday. They did away with drink servers and now customers get there own drinks. There is no table service and almost no employees. My question is should one tip with no service.

We won't be getting to Las Vegas this year, but will be going to Reno for Worldcon in August. Other than Louie's Basque Corner, what restaurants can you recommend?
