I've traveled to Las Vegas on many occasions and one thing that's always been a challenge is finding reasonably priced alcohol. Although there are plenty of great deals at the bars, if I want to have a little party in my room, I can't find a liquor store without a huge markup anywhere. Perhaps I'm staying too close to the Strip and paying "tourist prices." In the past, I've resigned myself to just biting the bullet because I'm on vacation. However, I'm having my wedding at the MGM Grand in May and we'll be buying lots of beer, wine, and liquor to host a sizable party in our suite. The wedding's already costing us plenty and I'd rather not pay through the nose for everything. Is there anyplace you recommend to find cheap booze in Sin City? Please help us spread good cheer!

I'm a Brit and flying over for my annual visit in March. Where is the best beer in town? Since the Monte Carlo did the unthinkable and ceased production at its own microbrewery (and got rid of its USP in the process -- crazy), for the most part, the beer I've found available in town has been the mass-produced variety from the larger breweries (which, apart from Sam Adams, I don't really like -- I tend to prefer darker beers). I went to Chicago and Toronto a few years ago and found some interesting American micro beers, including my two all-time favorites, Rogue Dead Guy and Flying Dog Cruiser. It would be great to find these in Vegas. Can I?
