Which casino or restaurant on or near the Strip has the most inexpensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets?

I'm from the East Coast and for breakfast many of us enjoy "creamed chipped beef on toast." But I've been coming out to Vegas since the early '70s and had never seen it on a menu anywhere. That's until I discovered one place and one place only that serves this meal every morning -- would you believe the 24-hour coffee shop at the Monte Carlo? It is very, very good ... not quite as good as back home, but a welcome sight on the menu. My question is whether you or any of your local members know of any other places that serve creamed chipped beef. I'd be most interested to try the alternatives, if there are any.

There is much information on the new great restaurants on the Strip, but where are the better places downtown to get an outstanding meal with outstanding service when price is not a concern?
