A Cox Cable commercial right now has a bunch of ladies playing poker. One of them mentions that they are going to play with "one-eyed royals." I've never heard that term. Is it a real, or did one of Cox's "moonmen" make it up?

For example the win/loss is up/down in Nevada, the Strip, Boulder Highway, etc. Is this "gambling win" the gross win by the casinos, the net win (wins minus losses), gross profit (net win minus other expenses), the drop, etc.? Should be an interesting answer. Just wondering.

I have a bunch of chips I forgot to cash in before I left town. I called the three casinos that I had chips from and two said that it was against the law for them to buy via mail and one said "no problem". Is there a law preventing a casino from buying my chips back through the mail?

I have read that in order to maintain a site for potential development of a gaming operation, city ordinances require that casino gambling occur there for at least eight hours every two years. United Coin is usually involved because its specialty is to set up temporary casino sites in tents or trailers to preserve gaming licenses.
