How do sports books handle it when mistakes are made in the line and players take advantage? For example, maybe a team that should be a 3-point favorite is put up +3 and someone bets it at that number? It would seem that when they offer something, they should stand behind it, but I've heard that's usually not the case.

We've been playing Let It Ride since the game came out several years ago. Is there any way that the new shufflers can determine the hands, because for the past two years it seems like there are a lot fewer good ones being dealt, especially at the Indian casinos.
