With the onset of TITO machines at most every casino, I often don’t have a few dollars to tip the cocktail servers. Are they allowed to accept TITO tickets?

Question one: Could you please settle a small wager. On any Megabucks jackpot, I contend that the slot manufacturer is responsible for paying when a jackpot is hit. After 15 years of gambling, I experienced something new and possibly illegal. I was playing roulette with $25 inside chips. The size of the ball was changed a couple of times. I have seen ball changes, but never different sizes. The dealer even mentioned he was changing from a "boulder" to a "pebble." Is this legal?
