I watch a lot of TV poker and the names in the probability calculator aren’t familiar to me, although the numbers in the graphic look right, and there’s a Caesars logo on the felt. What will happen with the Riviera’s gaming license? What is the value of a gaming license in the current economy, are there any others for sale, and what geographic restrictions are placed on the "existing" licenses?

I recently returned from Mexico, Riveria Maya. The resort had a casino (closed for repairs at the time), but from what I could learn and see for myself it contained one blackjack table, a roulette wheel and at least two banks of slot machines (approximately 24). It was always my understanding that casino gambling was not legal in Mexico. Has it changed? If so, any plans for a large casino/resort?

While making a recent farewell visit to the Riviera, we noticed how many more of its slots have progressives than the Caesars Entertainment properties we play at. I understand that normally casinos have to transfer the progressive amount to another machine on the floor if they remove a progressive. What happens in the case a casino closing for good like the Riviera, what happens to all those accumulated progressive jackpots?
