You answer a lot of questions on the recent history of Las Vegas, but what about the distant past, like as far back as anthropology and geology? How did the landscape get formed? And who were the first people there?

Where is the original Block 16? What is on that site now? I once saw an old map that had the blocks labeled, but I am unable to find such a map again.

Whatever happened to the Moon Resort & Casino? There was big hype about it a few years back, then suddenly *whoosh* -- nothing more about it.

We recently drove by the defunct Moulin Rouge, which I understand was the first and only casino built to market to a black clientele during a time when black entertainers were not allowed to stay at the Strip hotels they were performing at. I know that plans were in the works to restore it in the last couple of years before it was seriously damaged by a suspicious fire. Are there any current plans for this property?

What is the latest information on the new design of the New Frontier? If they will be closing, do you have a date?

At nighttime, I still think the best sign on the Strip is the Stardust sign. Are there any plans for moving it to another location when the casino closes?

What is the hottest and the coldest temperature ever reached in Las Vegas? I was in Vegas last year and the temperature reached 117 degrees.
