Many times I have passed Blue Diamond Road and have wondered what the genesis of that name is...can you help?

Back in the '80s, we saw a show starring Charo. We had some trepidation about seeing the show given her TV performances on "The Love Boat" and "Chico and the Man," but it turned out her guitar playing was spectacular, and was one of the best shows we ever saw in Las Vegas.
