I cannot believe it is still able to exist on such a prized piece of land wedged in the middle of Cosmo and Bellagio.Why wouldn’t MGM or the original developer of Cosmo buy it? Who owns it? I found their website and they still rent rooms apparently. I have wondered this for a while and really tweaked my interest last visit. Thank you!
