I understand that card counters can be evicted from casinos. Is card-counting illegal? Is there a law allowing casinos to evict card counters? In a group discussion regarding this, some of us thought that casinos could legally evict anyone they wanted from the casino.

We recently drove by the defunct Moulin Rouge, which I understand was the first and only casino built to market to a black clientele during a time when black entertainers were not allowed to stay at the Strip hotels they were performing at. I know that plans were in the works to restore it in the last couple of years before it was seriously damaged by a suspicious fire. Are there any current plans for this property?
