There is an incredible amount of food and beverages consumed at Strip casinos, yet I never see any delivery trucks in the area, no matter what hour of the day. How are deliveries made so unobtrusively?

A few years ago my wife and I visited Las Vegas. We had too many drinks, ended up getting frisky in a semi-public part of the hotel, and were subsequently caught and read the trespass act. Unfortunately, we can’t remember which hotel-casino this was! We’re visiting again at the end of this month. Can or will we really be arrested if we set foot into this unknown casino? What if we were to hit a major jackpot there? Would we be refused? We're a bit worried about this.
