In a recent QoD you indicated that the performance of the SLS was "dismal." Could you please quantify this as well as what it means for the future of this property and the development of the north Strip?

Has ground been broken on the new casino across from the Wynn? If not, any idea when it will occur and when completion is expected?

With MTV's "Real World" being shown, has the Gold Spike noticed an increase in customers? Are they offering the Real World suite like the Palms does?

In a recent answer, you mentioned that Circus Circus was a profitable casino. If that's the case, why has the MGM Group treated it like an "ugly duckling". It is my understanding that Circus Circus is still not part of the M life club-card group. At the same time, when mentioned in press releases, Circus Circus is always discussed as an afterthought. If they don't like it, why did they sell Treasure Island instead of Circus Circus?

Did the Elvis Presley estate get their artifacts returned after the closure of "Elvis the Exhibition" at the Westgate? Also, are there any plans to use the newly vacated space?

What is up with that stretch of the east side of Las Vegas Boulevard between Park Avenue and Harmon Avenue across from CityCenter? It's so sad looking. Are there any plans to develop any of those sad storefronts and motel into something deserving of such an amazing location?

I read that the big R-I-V-I-E-R-A letters on the casino are going to the Neon Museum. Is this true? Where will they be displayed?

Is Wynn actually tearing out the golf course for a water park or was this an April 1st announcement?
