With "The Donald" in the presidential hopeful mix, what are the feelings of the casino owner/operators of him becoming president and the influences that may come with him in that position? Would this be a plus or minus for Vegas?

I stayed downtown at the end of June and on my morning run east on Fremont I noticed that ALL the motels past the Experience, including the larger Western, were closed and fenced off. Dear LVA pros, if the Hi-Lo Lite count in Arnold Syder’s book Blackbelt in Blackjack uses a "true edge" rather than a "true count," how does this affect how I read the indices? For example, when Snyder's table says "stand on a 12 vs. 2 when you have a count of +2," does this mean a true count of +2 or a true edge of +2%? And if the table is using true-count numbers, what’s the point of using a true-edge calculation? How do I know what my 2% advantage in the true edge translates to in a true count?
