What are the rules on topless pools and shows? Is every casino allowed to have them if they wish or is there an ordinance against it in certain areas? Could they have nude sunbathing at certain pools if the casino so desired?

Downtown on Fremont Street, there are so many different acts and costumed characters it reminds me of Disneyland. I see some that are really good and others seem to be there only to beg for money. Some, like the man with the saxophones and the painters, sell products. Others just stand there and get their pictures taken. Can they make a good living doing this? Are they licensed and are there any controls on their behavior?

There was a TV show about Las Vegas around two years ago showing what Las Vegas was like back in the Fifties and Sixties when the mob ran it. They talked a lot about the Milwaukee mob and the influence it had. Did the Milwaukee mob really have that much influence on Las Vegas? I thought Chicago was the big gun.

What is the deal with Stratosphere's Club 25 adult pool? It closed with no announcement several years ago. Whenever I would call and ask the desk would say its undergoing renovations and that it is not closed for good. Its been 4 yrs of "renovations" now. Is the poor Stupak construction causing the pool to leak into the building? Is there a serious issue that makes reopening impossible? Odd that it would just disappear with no explanation.

Hi there! I noticed the SLS will have a bar in the middle of the pool, but that it will not be a swim-up bar, which made me wonder if swim-up bars are prohibited? I don't think I've ever seen one in Vegas.
