I have read in various Las Vegas history books about how the Mob would bury people in the desert. With all the expansion in the valley over the years, has a Mob buried body ever been unearthed during construction of houses? If so, what part of town was the Mob’s favorite burial ground?

Your QOD from May 4th briefly mentioned some history on the Bonanza Gift Shop. Can you give us the full history on the site and how the gift store came to be? The QOD archives does not have a lot of info on it.

For many years we've stayed at the Flamingo mainly for their tennis courts. With the Linq project underway, they have gotten rid of their courts. Do you know of anywhere else on the Strip (or close by) that has courts available?

Has there ever been a topless casino in Vegas?

If a person using a slot machine walked away and forgot to take their cash voucher, is it legal for someone else to take the voucher from the slot machine and cash it in? I read in the NY Times about a guy that does this for a living at the casino at the Aqueduct racetrack in Queens. He actually earns several hundred dollars a week doing this.

If the spa at the Palms has closed, what are their fitness center availabilities? That was one of the benefits of their resort fee, and was a very nice gym to use while staying there. Access was through the spa, so I am curious now!

Smoking is allowed at most table games on all casino floors, but none of the poker rooms seem to permit it. Do any poker rooms at casinos still allow smoking?

I often hear about a "line pass". What is it? What does it do? How do you get it? Is it for nightclubs or buffets? I come to Vegas at least twice a year and hate to be missing out on something I could use. Thanks, and I love this feature.

Do casino chips ever get counterfeited? People try to counterfeit money so why not chips? Is this a problem and, if so, what do the casinos do to try and stop it? What sort of anti-counterfeiting technology is there in a chip?

Do you have any information about Broadacres Marketplace? I came across an article about the place but didn’t have much information, like where it is located and if it’s a safe place to visit.
