What has become of the plan to open a liquor store in the airport terminal?

I am currently out here for a Red Flag exercise, and my wife and I discovered that we were eligible for a military discount for tickets to the Australian Bee Gees show at the Excalibur. We were both wondering, what other military discounts are available on the Strip?

We are interested in eating in Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare for our anniversary and my wife loves seafood but I’m a vegetarian. I checked the Wynn website but they don’t list the vegetarian menu. Is there a website that provides their veggie menu or can you tell us what is on it?

I’m a medical marijuana (MMJ) patient. I have a real medical condition that requires its use, or I’m nearly incapacitated. I live in California, which is fairly friendly in its rules for MMJ patients. What are the rules in Nevada and specifically Las Vegas for this? On previous trips, I just bring barely enough for myself and pray I don’t get stopped.

Some years back, I remember a cocktail waitress at the MGM in Reno (now the Grand Sierra Resort) refusing to serve beer to a couple of guys. She explained to them that it's 18 to gamble, but 21 to drink. Does my memory serve me well? If so, when did the age to gamble change? Thanks in advance.
