I was in Vegas in September 2008 when the Hilton was robbed. Did they ever catch the robbers?

We will be coming to Vegas from 10/17 to 10/24. We love anything to do with Halloween. We would like to know what places in Vegas have something special going on for Halloween this year?

Can you tell me more about "The Playground"? It sounds interesting, having different kinds of nightclubs under one roof, if I'm reading it correctly.
