Where and when is this year's "Big Smoke" cigar weekend?

I recently read Beneath the Neon by Matthew O’Brien. In it, he describes a section of the Las Vegas tunnels as being taken over by artists and turned into an underground art gallery. Is it possible and safe for me to visit this section of the tunnels and enjoy the art?

On our last trip to Las Vegas, we overheard someone say that you can go from Mandalay Bay all the way to the Sahara in "air-conditioned splendor," was how she put it, meaning without stepping outside. We tried to figure out if this was possible, but we couldn't. Is it?

We now have a small puppy that is only 15 pounds and are wondering if there are any Las Vegas casinos that are pet-friendly. We are currently looking at a second home in Las Vegas. Our real estate agent claims the market has already bottomed out and turned. We want to get in at the bottom. Is this true, are prices going to start going back up soon, or is he looking for a quick sale?

Please help settle a bet. My girlfriend and I are thinking of getting married in Vegas. Family matters being what they are, I came up with the solution of having two ceremonies (on separate occasions), one for her mother's side of the family, another for her father's side of the family. She thinks it's silly and no couple has done that. I think that this has almost certainly happened before in Vegas. Do you know of chapels that have conducted two ceremonies for the same couple, one in the morning, one in the afternoon? Surely we can't be the first couple that has needed this.

I enjoy my satellite radio. At my home outside Savannah, Georgia, if I go into a parking garage, I lose the signal. When in Vegas, I could be in the middle of a multi-level casino parking garage and get excellent reception. What causes the difference in reception?

I keep seeing a commercial on television about a resort called Tahiti Village and they are offering a free three-day two-night in Las Vegas.
