With the approval of the Raiders moving to Las Vegas what are the chances of the Super Bowl someday being played in Las Vegas?

What type of construction is currently going on at the Tropicana? 

Which resort on the Strip or within a mile of it has the largest footprint (i.e., square feet or acres), not amount of rooms or slot machines? I looked through the archives and couldn't find this information in previous Questions of the Day.

Now that the Raiders have been voted to move to Vegas, there is talk of building the stadium on Russell Rd. and Las Vegas Blvd. Has there been any talk of plans to extend the monorail from MGM to this site of the new stadium?
