Speaking about casino/hotels diversifying, has any corporation given any serious thought to medical tourism, like adding plastic surgery to the spa services? Would you rather recover in a nasty hospital or in a luxury suite with a private nurse? Which would actually cost less? Just add a light surgical wing to the spa. The big guys already have hospital wings they support.

Is there anything left of "old" Vegas? Where you would wear suits and cocktail dresses in the evening to go to a show and gamble, reminiscent of the "Rat Pack" and before. I'm nostalgic for a time that I missed.

All the recent talk of Caesars' history made me think about the original Bacchanal feast. Not the buffet many know today -- it was a multi-course dinner, where wine goddesses poured wine, fed you grapes, and gave little massages. Any menus or pictures?
