Great QoDs about space-themed properties, but I’m wondering whether you might have missed one? I half-recall a proposal for the old El Rancho site called Starship Orion. Unfortunately, that's all I remember about it. Did the proposal ever get beyond a name? I think it followed something called Countryland USA, but have no clue how far that went, either.

Yesterday, you ran a question about the UFO Hotel and the Little A'Le'Inn. But haven't any space-themed projects ever been proposed for Las Vegas?

Whatever happened with the plan to build a UFO-themed hotel in Baker? Is that project still happening? I miss the themed hotels in Las Vegas and it sounded like a fun idea!

On the south side of E. Warm Springs Rd., between Placid St. and South Bermuda Rd., sits a huge building that has been unfinished for years. The lot(s) it sits on is pretty well maintained and hasn’t grown up with weeds during the time I’ve been noticing it. Obviously there’s some caretaking being accomplished on the site, but nothing ever changes with the building itself. Would you folks at LVA have any information about this building, its intended purpose, and whether there are plans to ever complete its construction?

Did I read that there was a class action lawsuit regarding casinos charging resort fees for comped rooms? If so, what gives?

What are "junkets" and how does their business tie in to casinos in Macau?

After reading the recent QoD about the "Old Vegas" theme park in Henderson, I wondered what happened to the Vegas Strip reproduction they built for the Vegas TV show with Dennis Quaid a few years ago? I thought it was built out in California somewhere? How bizarre would that be to come across unexpectedly while driving around California!
