For years when in Vegas betting horses, some bets were called H/Q or H/EX o H/TRI. Do they still have these and can you explain what they mean?

I'm a Vegas limo driver and recently drove a wedding couple and their friends to Bellagio after their wedding because they wanted to take pictures in the Conservatory and by the Fountains. While by the fountain show, a Bellagio security guard came up and informed them that wedding pictures were not permitted anywhere on the property. I'm not sure why this is a rule or why you can take pictures anywhere on the property unless you're in a wedding gown, but this is what they were told. Do you have any clue why this rule exists?

Vegas resident and Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil has had his name (using a licensing agreement?) on many Vegas ventures. Just how many have there been and how many are still in business? I remember reading that he was going to have some kind of high-end jet business that catered to high rollers or something. I don't think anything ever came of that one.

What's happening with the new Border Grill that was being added to the Forum Shops at Caesars?

Could you give the readers an update on the Rivers Palms Hotel and Casino in Laughlin. The old news is that the property was sold, then the sale was canceled; the downstairs is going to be remodeled, but it's not; they have plans for renovation and maintenance, but they never occur; etc., etc., etc. Could you send in your elite team of fact finders and let the readers know just what is the real story with River Palms.
