I’ll be in Las Vegas on the days the WSOP final table is being held. How does one go about gaining entry into the Penn & Teller Theater at the Rio to watch the game live?

But they also asked us to add to their list, which we promised we would do in the future. Well, the future is NOW! So here’s that follow-up, or at least the first portion of it.

What’s happening with the huge Brazilian festival that was announced for Vegas awhile back? I seem to recall reading that there was a special venue being built on the Strip somewhere and that MGM Grand was involved, but there have been so many announcements about new concert venues and arenas and festivals that I can't keep up with what's actually happening and what isn't. I don't seem to have heard any updates about this one so did I just imagine the whole thing or was it canceled or ??? Help!

Would it be possible for a person with unlimited resources to experience new restaurants in Vegas every day indefinitely? If not, approximately how long would it take before running out of dining options? (Obviously, if fewer than 2-3 restaurants open every day, then our hypothetical diner will run out at some point... and if MORE than 3 open in a day, then he'll ALWAYS be behind.)

When a casino goes bankrupt and closes, do the store and restaurant owners there have any rights? At Revel in Atlantic City, the stores and restaurants no longer take Revel comps or coupons.

Is Las Vegas really getting an NHL team?

On my last trip to Vegas I went on the high roller and I was curious how much it cost to build? How long, if ever, it will take to pay back their investment?

I’m strictly a Vegas gal, but it seems like lately quite a few casinos are closing in Atlantic City. Can you provide us a quick recap of how many casinos are there, which ones have closed, and any other crystal ball information?
