Hi there - just wondering what the state of play is with The Delano overhaul of THEhotel? How is it progressing, what are the disruption levels, what has changed (both in the hotel itself and the rooms) and has it been renamed yet and, if so, what to? Thanks!

Obviously, there continues to be much "renovation" and re-branding along the Strip and downtown. Question: During one of these "makeovers" has anything of great value or interest been found on the property: I do recall an old newspaper being found during the IP/Quad conversion, but wonder about the other construction that has occurred and is occurring?

You just listed the smaller stand-alone casinos in the area. How are these small concerns doing financially; are they making money for the owners? Can you list the top ten money makers from the list over the past year or two? And what about the Dotty's "chain"? Where do they fit?

Just wondered how many acres of land the larger casinos on the Strip occupy? Seems like MGM Grand and Caesars Palace would have the most but maybe not. I always think about it when I visit.

I was just wondering if you can tell us how the renovations of Bill's Gaming Hall is coming along? When is the projected date for it to reopen and what will its new name be? I'm sure you have told us before but I can't remember what it was.
