I am sorry to hear the there will not be an ELV 2014. I bought and enjoyed all three editions of the guide. Now that's it is gone, will anything replace it? An ELV blog on this website perhaps? Or maybe postings in "Today's News" whenever Al, John, or Max has a particularly positive review? How will I find out about the best new and old restaurants out there? And how can I separate the expert opinion from the popular opinion and/or media hype?

Has there ever been legal action taken by a casino worker regarding the effects of secondhand cigarette smoke? I would think that health issues would show up from being exposed to this environment.

Are there any casinos that have shows where you can dine and watch the show, like those you see when the Rat Pack was around? Thank you and keep up the great work!

My husband and I recently visited Las Vegas on our way to Hawaii, and stayed at South Point. While our room was non-smoking, we were amazed how heavy the smoke odor was in the casino. Since he has COPD, this environment was not at all good for his health. Are there any hotel-casinos in Las Vegas that are smoke-free or have non-smoking areas?

Whatever happened to the contestants in Wayne Newton's televised talent competition in which the winner would open for Newton in Vegas? Did the winner get to perform and collect his $1 million?

Are there any daytime Las Vegas-style shows? Like Elvis impersonators or showgirls? I thought I read one the hotels does something like this, but I cant remember where. I will be coming out mid-week in January. Thanks in advance.
