Is there a reason, structural or otherwise, that window sections continually fall out of the unfinished Fontainebleau?

My son and daughter-in-law are going to Las Vegas in early June. Being a musician and a music-lover, my son would like to go to a blues club. Are there any good blues clubs on/near the Strip?

I love looking at pictures of old Vegas. Just about every vintage casino picture I see has a sign promoting faro. It seems that back in the day faro was the game. Can you talk a bit about faro and how it went out of favor. Could it come back?

The "legendary" Jackie Gaughan: Part II

You mentioned the "legendary" Jackie Gaughan in a recent QoD, but I don't recall ever seeing an article about him, his background, whether he's still alive (I know he had health problems) and active. He always treated his employees with respect, and spoke to them and to customers in a friendly manner. He even did things for customers, like getting change for some elderly folks. How about some background and info about him?

I was sent an email from Living Social with a deal to stay at the Golden Nugget on the description on the deal, it stated that after July I had to pay for a nightly $5 "Fremont Street Experience Fee." Did you ever hear about this? Is this another way of saying "resort fee"?

Where are the former owners of Rosemary’s? I know they are chefs and I thought there was talk that they would open a different concept on the strip. We always enjoyed their lunch special when we were in town and occasionally even dinner.

The picture of the Boardwalk from yesterday’s QOD brought back something I had wondered about - was the roller coaster on the roof ever functional, or just an ornate sign holder? Along those lines, you have a great list of current rides through the Vistor Guide, but have other rides come and gone from the area? The coasters at the top of the Stratosphere and at the Sahara are the only two I have ridden which are now gone. Thanks!
