I noticed that in a QoD regarding the Super Bowl you referred to it as "The Big Game," although your readers can refer to it as the Super Bowl. Are there copyright restrictions that prohibit you from using the official name: If so, who is and isn't allowed to use it?

A good friend has recommended a couples trip out to Pahrump to visit a winery out there. A winery in Nevada? He mentioned the winery has a super nice restaurant that caters to LV high rollers. Can you tell us more?

In reference to the Summerlin Bloomingdales (actually Macy's/Dillards) question: How is the mall NOT in Summerlin? I know the borders can be a bit nebulous but everything I see shows it is firmly in Summerlin Centre, a Summerlin Village. Are you also saying Red Rock Resort is not in Summerlin?

Whatever happened to the Florida man who punched and killed the man from Utah in a confrontation inside of O'Sheas Casino a year ago last summer? Was he ever tried or convicted of murder or was he let go on the grounds of self-defense?

I don't like resort fees, but it seems like the hotels get you one way or the other. For example, if you stay at LVH, there's no resort fee (yay!), but they charge for internet access and use of the fitness room. In the end, I would end up paying at least as much as the resort fee at many other resorts. So...which is better?

In a recent QoD, you mentioned quirky Vegas memorabilia living on in other venues. Besides the armadillo disco ball and the San Remo chandelier, what other items live on? It might make an interesting side trip on my next visit.
