I have seen a couple pictures recently of the Binion's Horseshoe Million Dollar Display, and was wondering what happened to the big-ass horseshoe prop?

Back in the '80s and '90s, casinos had slot machines that dispensed a silver/gold medallion imprinted with that casino's logo. I noticed they all started disappearing and now I can't find any. Are there any left?

What did you mean by "the separation of Aliante from Station" in you QoD of September 2? I went to their Web site but did not find anything. I noticed that they still list Aliante as part of their hotel-casino properties.

This is a follow-up question for Fezzik about last-week’s comment on the new owners of sports books. The day after the question ran, I went to the Venetian (a Cantor book) to bet BYU against Utah about 30 minutes before kick-off. They told me the game was off the board and they weren’t taking bets. No further explanation. I went across the street to Caesars and made the bet there. The writer at Caesars said once a game is up on the board there it doesn't come down. What happened at the Venetian and can we expect more of this from these new operators?

A while back you answered a question about the Irish theming of Fitzgeralds, and alluded to something unfortunate happening to Mr O'Lucky, the leprechaun who once lived on the roof, but you never explained his fate. So, what happened?

Sitting waiting for the Bills game to start, I'm watching a program called "Vegas Strip." It's about Metro police in action on the Strip. I think the police are real but what about the perps and victims? They do not block the faces of these people. Do they need their okay to use their faces or is it all acting? The clips I watched had, among other things, a man arrested for hitting a police horse and another man claiming to be pregnant with dinosaur eggs. The program was on the ACTN Channel from 11:00AM until 2:00PM, EST in 1/2-hour segments. Are these real or a setup?

An article I was reading mentioned a future construction project that they called "Bally's Grand Bazaar". I was wondering if you had any info on this...what exactly is it, when construction is scheduled to begin/end, etc.?
