Who's behind the "God" billboards along I-15?

My sister's birthday is 11/11 and her daughters are sending the two of us out to Las Vegas as it is our favorite vacation town. I was wondering if any of the casino's will be doing anything for the people whose birthday is 11/11/11. If so, where and what will they be doing?

On the surface Harrah's All Stage Pass for $99.00 is good, but you still have to pay tax, LET and fees for each show on top of the $99.00. Any idea of what the additional charges for each show?

Over many years of visiting Las Vegas I always seem to come home with several chips from different casinos, some still open some closed. I have a couple hundred in casino chips sitting around. Is there a place I could take them all to cash in, or would I have to go to each casino that are still open? And how bout the closed ones?
