I am a foodie so I own a copy of Eating Las Vegas: The 50 Essential Restaurants. The restaurant scene over the past 12 months has changed, with several new restaurants opening (e.g., Beso) and at least one closure (Rosemary’s), so when is Eating Las Vegas II coming out?

I will be in Las Vegas at the beginning of October for a week's stay, which will be with family members out by the Santa Fe casino. I’ve played a little Texas hold ’em online, but have never played in a live game and would like to try. Are there any casinos that have beginner tables, or even better, offer lessons like they do for blackjack and craps?
